1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of our products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- You received the wrong item.
- The item arrived damaged or defective.
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
For health and safety reasons, opened or used vape products, e-liquids, or accessories cannot be returned.
2. Return Period
You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, we cannot accept return requests.
3. How to Request a Return

- Reason for return
- Photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item, if eligible.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within [7–10 business days].
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

6. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Opened or used vape products, e-liquids, or accessories
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
7. Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance — we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
